I have the Datejust 41 Blue dial 126300 with Jubilee. It was purchased from a Rolex dealer who advised that the Blue Dial is the most sought after and would make the best . I've 99% decided on a Datejust for my next watch to mark a milestone birthday this summer but as it's difficult to try the exact variations I'm looking at on side by side (even in pre-COVID restriction free times) I cannot make up my mind which to go for. So far it looks pretty simple but what I wanted to know is your feedback on the various different references out there (e.g. 160xx series are better than the 162xx serie).The Rolex Datejust 36 ref. 116233 stands as a testament to the enduring allure of classic watchmaking. Throughout this review, we’ve explored the rich history, distinctive features, and unparalleled craftsmanship that make this timepiece a must-have for collectors and luxury watch enthusiasts alike. Looking at the Rolex website I see the jubilee end links, case design, dial design and movement have all been tweaked. All the things I liked about the 41mm version now in a svelte 36mm size.
