Four floors of everything from bags, to shoes, to jewelry. There are many fake markets in Shanghai, but we’ll focus on the main one : the Shanghai Science & Technology Museum’s fake market. Easily accessible with the line 2 ( light green ), it is a massive underground market.
Nestled below ground, above the Science and Technology Museum metro stop, is AP Plaza - my favourite ‘fakes’ market in Shanghai. This market is an underground treasure trove of goodies and with trainers to handbags, glasses to underwear this place has it all. The “PLAZA” is Shanghai’s most famous “fake market”. Packed with hundreds of tiny little shops selling the knockoff version of every luxury good you have ever dreamed of. Shoes, clothes, electronics, toys, you name it, somebody is selling it.
